Career
Opportunities
The
field of make-up is one of diversity and full of exciting
opportunities in the entertainment, fashion, advertising,
merchandising and beauty industries. Make-up artists
work as skilled illusionists, magicians that can create
the exotic from the ordinary and transform exquisite
beauty into a monstrosity upon request. From making
people look their absolute best to crafting fantastic
fantasy creatures, make-up 'magic' is an integral
part of creating the wide range of characters we see
in film, television and theater productions. Students
are presented the sills and insight needed to pursue
employment in the workplace. The training gained at
Cinema Make-Up School will prepare students to take
the union test once working and having met other union
conditions regarding requirement of days.
