Grading Policy
Grading is accomplished by both practical and written methods. Grading standards are as follows: A - Excellent (100-90%), C - Average (79- 70%), D - Poor (69-60%), F - Failure (59% and below).

Attendance Policy
Good attendance is an important factor for the graduating student. Except for emergencies, students are permitted absences only with proper explanation to the School's office prior to time of absence. Students must arrange to make up missed lessons with an instructor. Unexcused absence of more than 25% of a course is sufficient grounds for dismissal from the course. If a refund is due, any outstanding tuition shall be paid per our Refund Policy.

Student Conduct Policy
At the discretion of the Director or administrative manager, a student may be dismissed from school for disrespectful, disobedient, disruptive or dangerous conduct.

Student Complaint Procedure
Complaints may be resolved by discussing a problem with any staff member, instructor or administrator, who will bring it to the attention of the School Director for immediate remedy. Students are expected to arrive for classes promptly, be courteous to and respectful of each other and CMS staff. Be prepared for that day's lesson and to do all homework as assigned. No student shall qualify for graduation if s/he has failed any examination or has an overall grade average below 'C'. Extra workshops or retaking exams may be required to correct deficient grades to graduate.
