The Hayward Hotel, surrounded by historic buildings is now known as the Hayward Manor Apartments. It consists of 525 studio apartment units. The residents of the Hayward are provided with private mail boxes, recreation/tv room and laundry room with state of the art washers and dryers. All facilities are kept spotless by a dedicated maintenance staff. Beautiful wrought iron gated access, 24 hour security guards, closed circuit tv and a live-in manager provide the building with a secure atmosphere. Apartments are available furnished or unfurnished. Lease is month to month. $695 per month, utilities included, $500 security deposit. No parking space. Approx. a 15 minute bus ride from Cinema Makeup School.

They will never place you more than 2 bus rides away from our school. The cost is $750.00, and that places you in a family home environment, with your own private bedroom and sometimes private bathroom as well. Price includes breakfast, dinner, and sometimes lunch. They will customize living options based on your individual budget, requests, and needs. Buildings can be located downtown, in Studio City, Marina Del Rey, and Miracle Mile for example.
