CMS makes no guarantee of employment for its graduates, but the graduate services staff assists students and graduates in their job searches by offering information on job opportunities and temporary assignments, as well as guidance in resume preparation and interviewing techniques.
The CMS staff maintains a job board that is updated daily and always available to students and graduates. CMS makes all reasonable efforts to help satisfy the wishes of a graduate as to location and type of his or her potential employment; however, the more flexible a graduate can be regarding initial employment, the easier it is for the school to assist him or her in the process.
In addition to the graduate services available to students, career-planning concepts are also integrated into the curriculum in all programs. Students participate in specific sessions that cover interviewing techniques, networking, resume writing, and professional dress and conduct.
