Learn professional techniques to create story-driven characters for film and television. Character Makeup is a four-week program that covers a variety of out-of-kit processes that are essential for a career as an on-set makeup artist.

Students will learn how to apply injuries, bald caps, facial hair, and old-age makeup..
Working with alcohol activated paints, sculpting wounds with 3rd Degree silicone modeling compound, using Bondo to create small wounds and veins, creating burn scars with gelatin, using latex to simulate 2nd and 3rd degree burns, making latex bald caps, applying and painting latex and vinyl bald caps, facial hair laying and styling, floating laid beards, applying lace hair pieces, aging with paint and powder, aging with alcohol paints, and stretch and stipple aging.

I attended Cinema Makeup School this past year and loved every day of it. I took the complete track which included all of the classes they offer, and I am coming away with a ton of knowledge and network.
